Our Mission

At Today’s Kitchen, every detail matters. From the locally sourced ingredients we cook with to the containers that carry them home. We believe that mindful choices should extend beyond the meal itself, shaping a healthier relationship with the planet too. That’s why we’ve moved away from traditional packaging, which is difficult to recycle and often ends up in landfills, in favor of compostable materials made from renewable plant sources.

Each container is designed to be safe, sustainable, and thoughtfully aligned with our mission to care for both people and the environment.

Our packaging is made from renewable materials like wheat straw, bamboo, sugarcane and cornstarch.

Fully compostable in commercial facilities and some home systems, safely returning it to the soil.

Produces up to 75% fewer greenhouse gases and uses 50% less nonrenewable energy compared to conventional plastics

Breaks down naturally through composting, leaving behind no harmful residues.

Made from food-safe, non-toxic materials designed to protect both people and the planet.
